Looking at the LDAP DataSources, it looks to me like you configured the same LDAP string three times, with different NetBIOS names. Is this just because you are masking the actual information, or did you in fact provide the same LDAP string for each domain?
I believe you need to provide a unique LDAP string for each separate domain you wish to bind to.
