Hi,

When we created a Nintex Form from an existing SharePoint list, 4 out of about 20 fields failed to show or be available in the Form. The column types that have failed to come into the Form are choice, people picker and single line of text. (Other fields of these columns types have worked fine).

Has anyone got any idea why this might be happening?

Thanks,

Lexie

Hi Lexie,

Even if the fields did not appear on the default form, they should appear under List columns on the Bottom left hand menu:

Are they There?

Hi John,

No, that's the weird bit. They are not available under List Columns.

Not that it should matter but nor are they new columns. It's an old list that we are just trying to change to Nintex Forms. It was in InfoPath, we bought it back to be default SharePoint and then created the Nintex Form.

Any other ideas would be appreciated happy.png

Hi Lexie,

It does sound like a Curly one... Perhaps the Specific columns have dependencies "somewhere."

Is it worthwhile to export the list as a template, then create a new test list from the template, and see if the columns appear in a new default Nintex form?

Hi John.

I did as you suggested and all the columns came across as expected. Strange but at least we know that if necessary we will just need to start again.

Thanks again.

Lexie
