This is a test environment.


I have infopath services form that I submitted to approval.  After approved, I got an email that it is approved but where did the form go?  Did it delete the form after approving?

InfoPath client events in K2 use the document library to store a temporary copy of the InfoPath form, this is usually deleted after the form is submitted.

 You can use the SharePoint Document event wizard to upload a copy of the form as a permanent record - perhaps at the end of you process.  Just select Upload form a K2 Field in the wizard and point it to you InfoPath form XML field in the K2 Object Browser.  Don't forget to add the .xml file extension so that when users click on the form it will open in InfoPath.

Ashley, Thank you for your response.


 I tried Sharepoint Document Event --> Upload.  I am kind of lost for what to put on K2 field.


I point down to XML field.  I see all the firlds from my form and also see _K2 fields.
