When rules are executing asynchronously, and when a condition is being added - it doesn't want to insert.

 

Resolution

This is a known issue which will be reviewed for a future release.
TFS 541599 - K2SF RuleDesigner: When rules are executing asynchronously, and when a condition is being added - it doesn't want to insert.

Workarounds:
W 1) Select the last execution block. I.e. the whole block (Ex. "then complete the following one after another")
Click on a Condition, first attempt will not be added.
Click on any other condition, conditions are now added.
W 2) Click the "OK" button on the rule designer, then go back into the rule designer and try to add the condition...Then you are able to add the
conditions.
W 3) Change the eventing to fire either concurrently, in a batch etc...Then you are able to add the conditions (Even when changing it back to
asynchronously in the same window, it works).
