When editing any of the rules on their Form, and object reference error is thrown: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Diagnoses
Issue is reproducible.
Resolution
Changing the environment field values in the environment, (Setting default value as true and changing the URL to HTTPS) resolved the issue.
