I am trying to configure Query Excel Service and it gives me an error as the excel is not in trusted location. Can anybody help me understand what is the "Trusted Location" and how to store excel in trusted location.

This is more of the Excel Services configuration, than Nintex configuration. The file you are trying to query via Excel Services needs to be in a trusted location.
