I have a workflow where I need to send 10 tasks at the same time.  I have set up a parallel action with ten nodes (tasks) but I can’t save it or publish it.  I get an error that states: soap:ServerServer was unable to process request. ---> Failed to publish workflow: Error in the application.  

What is the maximum number of nodes I can place in a parallel action?
