Resolution

Dear M.Valette,

Following our discussion of this afternoon, please find below our comments.

ISSUE:

Deletion of the K2 Web site after a reboot of the Windows Server.

ROOT CAUSE :

Office Web Apps 2013 owns IIS on the machines where it is installed, and after each reboot the K2 site is deleted.
This is a standard behaviour of WAC:

RESOLUTION:

The solution was to recreate the K2 web site and modify the port number from the binding configuration.
The second option was to script the creation of the K2 website using probably power shell, through a business proposal from the PS team.
Unfortunately after a double checking internally it?s not possible to submit this demand, and we recommend strongly to deploy the K2 application on a dedicated server, in order to avoid any further issues related with WAC.

For your information, you have 2 days to accept or reject this resolution. If you feel the issue is not resolved, please reject this resolution.
Otherwise, please take the opportunity to submit feedback, using the link included in this message.

Thanks, and regards
