I have designed my infopath template and did all settings which are described in the following document:

But when I want to submit the form an error occurs:
"There has been an error while processing the form.
Click Continue to resume filling out the form. You may want to check your form data for errors.
Click Start Over to load a new copy of the form.
Hide error details
An error occurred accessing a data source"

It sounds like the url to the K2 infopath web service is incorrect.
What you can do is to open the manifest.xsf file with notepad, and search for "InfoPathService.asmx", copy the entire URL into your browser and see if you can navigate to that web service.

I can navigate to the CanISubmit webservice. So i think the URL is ok. When I open the infopath form in infopath and push the submit button it is all ok. Then Í convert the data connections (Main Submit, CanISubmit) and republish the form to the sharepoint forms library. When i open the form in browser and push the submit button then the error occurs.
One thing that I can suggest is to verify that the DC's you've published to the DCL are published "completely". By default, these connections are checked out and not approved when they're published. Verify that:
1. Your published data connections are checked in.
2. The published dc's are approved (as in content approval for a doc lib).
