Symptoms


You are presented with a "We received a bad request" when you attempt to run the registration wizard on Appit.

Diagnoses


This issue is due to the current user not having the Global Administrator role assigned to them. This role is required to run the registration and to establish the required trusts and consent.

Resolution

The user that intends to run the registration wizard must have global administrator privileges in order to run the registration wizard. If the Info account receives the bad request error then that user has not been allocated the global administrator role.
