Diagnoses

Regardless of the k2 version please note that This is not a support question, because K2 does not explicitly test against every single firewall application.
we have the firewall KB (https://help.k2.com/kb001318) and as long as those ports are open there should not be an issue but again if any client of ours runs into issues with it (and we know it is not k2) we will not be able support or supply help .

Please see the reply to the queries from your respected side
- The applications compatibility with the above mentioned. We do not explicitly test the product against every single firewall available that is why we recommend certain ports to be opened and certain criteria to be matched but these are purely GENERAL settings and guidelines and cannot concretely state we will successfully integrate with it.
- The Impact over the application. This we cannot tell , the recommendation would be to test this on a dev env first and take it from there. STRONGLY recommend applying on test env first.
- The impact on the support and the issue troubleshooting. As noted if issues arise from the use of this firewall and we can prove the failure is explicitly due to it we will not assist or troubleshoot. Hence we have https://help.k2.com/kb001318 as a general guideline for clients that they need to follow.
