Symptoms

 Error deploying a workflow from designer after upgrade to 4.6.10 
 

Diagnoses

We had blackperl installed on a server with ver 4.6.9. We unInstalled it and re-installed 4.6.10. After the re-installation, we are getting the following error while deploying the workflow. We can save the workflows ( from Designer through IE) , but while deploying we are getting the error.
