Symptoms

I get the following issue when trying to activate the K2 for Sharepoint App on the App catalog:
Error on App activation: Warning: Different K2 Server Found.

The problem is I don't have the option to remove the old reference.
 

Diagnoses

The clients 4.7 environment was still connected to their old 4.6.11 server, so the old server was still being referenced by the K2 App when we tried activating the app on the App catalog,hence the error or warning (Warning: Different K2 Server Found.).

The environment was now reconfigured to point to the new server and disconnected the connections to the old server. We also went to the site collection and removed all the connections that were still referencing the old server. On the list settings for the list available on site collection
 

Resolution


The issue was resolved by removing the all the references or connections to the old server that was using 4.6.11. The references were also removed on the site collections and list settings.
