Want to display the ID of a List in a Nintex Form as Read Only

Sometimes I'm on a long list of items and I edit a particular list Item. I would like to see the ID in the Form just to help me keep track of where I was. I've noticed that I don't find the ID in the List of Controls. Does anyone know a relatively straight way to do this?

    there is a common reference with list ID

    Thanks for helping me realize I'm not limited to the controls I see on the side. I can put in a Rich Text Box and drive the value myself from the references.
