Visual Studio can not see SmartForm Server
 

Diagnoses

We just refreshed to Production Server and now Visual Studio and K2 Studio will not see the SmartForm Server. The folder has no content when clicked on.
It can see SmartObjects and other items, just not SmartForms.
We have restarted the K2 Service and rebooted the entire server and it's still not seeing the Forms.

 

Resolution

There were 2 SmartForms Server Field Type values in the Environment Field Template. Deleting the wrong one fixed the issue. The wrong one was named “SmartForms Runtime” but the Field Type was SmartForms Server.
