Is Visual Studio or K2 Studio supported by Appit?

When using Appit there is the availability to use Package & Deployment (at time of RTM) to import your items to an on premisise blackpearl installation and access your items via Visual Studio and K2 Studio. The drawback to this is that this is a one way street in that you can use P&D to send these items from Appit to your on prem BP installation but you cannot send these items from this installation back to Appit.
