ViewFlowURL | Community

Can anyone tell me how the ViewFlowURL K2 schema field gets set? I have inherited a workflow that is populating this field with the wrong server, and therefore, I cannot use the View Flow feature. (this is occuring only on a development server, it's ok in production).
