Hi,

You can construct the URL yourself. The front part of the View Flow URL is the same as your K2 workspace.

For example, 

K2 workspace = https://k2.denallix.com/workspace

Then View Flow URL = https://k2.denallix.com/ViewFlow/ViewFlow.aspx?ProcessID={process id}

In your email event, you should be able to obtain the process id from the context browser, under workflow context.

I tried both the ways, I'm getting the below error message when i'm trying to access the link from the client meachine.

But it is working as expected when i'm trying to open the same URL in the server.

Hi

Since you are saying the link is  working fine form the server side having issue only at the client machines, then yuo need to check the browser compatability or may be other issues interms of wether the URL is accessible outside or not. This is not related to E-mail event.
