You can modify permissions of a user using K2 workspace-->Management Console-->Workflow Server-->Processes

ok but this will allow the user to view all processes instances?

i want him to be able to view his instances or any instance he take action over it?

There are 2 types of view rights:

1. View - this is the almighty rights that allows a users to see all instances of the process.

2. View Participate - this is the stingy rights, which will only allow users to see instances of the process they had participated in. The user needs to be either the originator, or an approver whom had already acted on the worklist item.

"View Participate" fits your description. =)
