Would like to check if K2 keeps a logs of the last modified dates and by whom to any forms or views

K2 does not support this feature as of version 4.6.11.
Resolution
This has been logged as a new feature request.
In the mean time, the Form.AuditLog and Form.AuditLogArchive contain records of changes made to a form. You can write your own SQL script to display the results you want. Please take care not to modify the table. One quick tip: If you are simply trying to query for a specific form or view, you can use the Data field instead of Xml field. The Data field contains the ID of the form or view that has been actioned on. You can find the ID through the Form.Form and Form.View table.
