Symptoms

Suppose you assigned a task to a group of people. In this case, these people will show up in the “Participant” tab in the View Flow's activity details. However, View Flow does not show who opened the worklist item. It may be necessary to see who has opened the item (Worklist item status) either for management or for colleagues to check where an item is located or who is working on it.

This functionality is currently unavailable in K2 out of the box (4.6.9).
 

Resolution

There is an existing feature request for implementing an ability to see the worklist status on the page for each user. At the moment, it is possible to see this information in Workspace Management console (Workspace > Management Console > Workflow Server > Worklists).
