View Flow does not have permissions to view the process
 

 

Diagnoses

 


Instances under a particular process are not able to show the ViewFlow due to permission issues despite granting the required rights. This was related to the missing entries in the ServerLog tables that refer to this process which were erased after upgrading: 4.6.7 -> 4.6.9 -> 4.6.10
 

 

Resolution 

A tool was provided to resolve the issue.  Please contact K2 Support should you experience this issue.
