I am working with a client that has a single BlackPoint server licence that they are using with SP2010. I would like to know what the best way to work in this sort of environment is regarding testing of processes.

The best option I can come up with so far is when I want to deploy to my test site, I rename the K2proj file to "QA-ProjectName", then open it and deploy to the QA enviroment that I have set. When i want to deploy to Live I can just rename the k2proj File to "ProjectName" and deploy. This way, K2 seems to be picking them up as two seperate processes and so I can test multiple times against the QA version without it affecting either my live process, or affecting my reports and statistics.

Does this sound like a valid solution?
