Symptoms

when trying to deploy any workflow containing an email event we receive the following:

Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: field

at SourceCode.Workflow.Design.Mail.MailEventItem.PrepareConfigurationForBuild()
at SourceCode.Workflow.Authoring.Design.Serialization.ExecutableItemCodeGenerator.ExtenderCodeGenerator.Generate(CodeTypeDeclarationCollection types, GenerationOptions options)
at SourceCode.Workflow.Authoring.Design.Serialization.ProcessCodeGenerator.Generate(GenerationOptions options)
at SourceCode.Workflow.Authoring.Process.Compile()
at SourceCode.DeploymentTasks.Compiler.WorkflowCompiler.Execute()

 

Diagnoses

We have designed several workflows using K2 for SharePoint.
They were all working and we could deploy.
Since yesterday
It is most probably related to an environment field, but we are unsure which and what is wrong.
Can you please assist urgently as this is delaying deployments.
 

Resolution


The coldfix was implemented and it resolved the problem.
Please contact K2 support if fix is required.
