Symptoms

I have a standard web service which I have written (the visual studio template hellow world one). Using the end point broker on my denallix VM I can register an instance, however when I try and do this on a clients environment I get the above error.
 

Diagnoses

On IIS Manager on the basic settings page are you using the K2 service account. Please see the attached snap "IIS manager"

On the Endpoints web service are you able to connect to the Service Metadata URL on a browser. Please also try using the service accout to register the web service

Please also attach screenshots of where you are getting the error? On the tester tool, IIS manager or a browser?
 

Resolution


An updated web service assembly helped resolve the issue.
