I am trying to install K2 BlackPearl 4.6 version on my development environment. After providing the license key, when I provide the user name and password. The user name password test get succeeded and then I click 'Next', the wizard is stuck as on the validation ' Validating. Please wait'. Pop up.
Anyone had faced this issue?
Could you please help me out on this?

This behavior usually appears when the installation is not being run with administrator privileges. Re-run setup.exe from the installation folder via right-click -> "Run as administrator". Additionally, you may want to disable User Account Control while running the installer.
If that doesn't work, I would suggest obtaining a fresh installation file as this can be caused by a corrupted installer.
