I have a form that I have integrated with a smartobject using the create method to write attachments to a Sharepoing library. The files write to the library fine but when trying to use a Sharepoint Documents event  and the field data from the attachment field for the file name, it results in an error file not found. What would be the best way to accomplish the task?

 Updating a list from a form is a piece of cake, why not this?
