When using Chrome incognito mode, Chrome does not keep track of the browsers activity. Appit depends on Silverlight designer to use the local storage. Using incognito mode will prevent this from happening and led to errors.

You will most likely see an "IsolatedStorage" error.

Simple fix is to NOT use incognito mode.
