Users not able to unpause on-hold workflows due to authentication change
 

Diagnoses


This concerns custom development by K2 for FOI (case management system). When you have changed the authentication method for K2 and SharePoint to Trusted Claims with ADFS, meaning that the cases in the system which had previously been placed on hold can not be un-held (resumed) as the user mapping is now wrong.

We need to correct the assigned users to be in the new AAD format, is this possible ?
 

Resolution

You may use K2 workspace to reassign users to the new format.
