Diagnoses
We have users in our Mexico domain that have problems accessing smartforms Forms. It seems to be an authentication issue.
Resolution
There is a known issue with multi domains and K2 BlackPearl 4.6.7. It tries to authenticate with the Local Domain (Then one when K2 was first configured). A Coldfix is needed.
