Users getting prompted to log in to workspace when trying to view a smart form web part
Diagnoses
The URL has to be in Trusted sites to skip the login prompt.
Resolution
1. In order to set this in Windows please click the Windows Start button and search for "Internet Options". Then navigate to Security > Trusted Sites > Sites. But doing it through IE will do the same. It doesn't really matter what you use to change it (Chrome, IE, Firefox or Windows), since Internet Options are shared between all the browsers.
2. After you are done with adding the web site to the list of trusted sites please clean all your browsing history and cookies and try to access it again.
The other possible way to do this is applying a group policy across all machines that use K2. We (K2 support) are out of scope here though. Adding K2 to trusted sites should be done by your IT/infrastruture department, since it is a requirement for K2 to work properly.
