Hi all
I have an approval workflow which is started manually (from the documents menu) and requires completion of a Start Form. The user (who has contribute permissions) needs to add in up to three approvers (one is mandatory, two and three are optional), the approvers are selected from the sharepoint group "document approvers".
Unfortunately, those with contribute permissions don't seem to be able to select people in the nintex start form, the approver form fields are "people pickers" and are connected to variables which populates list items.
I have tried giving users Edit permissions (minus the ability to approve documents) but the user still cannot select people.
Any ideas why this isn't working?
