Symptoms

Users who are assigned tasks should see all 4 views when the Smart Form opens, but they only see 3 (2 SP doc library SmartObject views, and 1 of the Comment views which uses the GetList method to list out the prior review comments). The only person who is able to see the view to action the task (and add a comment) is the person who built the SmartForm and workflow.

We aren't sure if this is a security permissions issue or something else. We have tried granting Admin process rights to the workflow for the other users, and even tried giving the other users Server Admin and Export rights.
 

Diagnoses

This is because the Form/Views are not checked in so the User still editing is able to see the changes. Make sure Check in has been done.
 

Resolution

Checking the Views and Form in allowed the other users to see the changes.
