Symptoms
1 user login are not displaying on the runtime site but displaying in the designer site.
Checked the [Identity].[Identity] table, and discovered there is another entry for the same user, but on the K2SQL security label
Diagnoses
Resolution
1. Open the K2 Management site and browse to Authentication > Claims > Claims.
2. Edit the Claim Mapping for your K2SQL security label
3. Under the section "Security Label", add the following:
Original Issuer = FormsSTS
Claim Type = http://schemas.K2.com/identity/claims/securitylabelname
4. Restart K2 service
5. Perform IISRESET
