Symptoms

Issue: Environment is using "K2 Internet Connector License" and K2 license count in the K2 Workspace is showing us that we are over our 100 user count, external users are being included in our internal user license count which doesn't make sense.
 

Diagnoses

Diagnosis: SQLUM will also take up one of the 100 user licenses intended for the internal users only.  Any User Manager used to assign a task or open a connection will take up a user license. K2 will not stop working or restrict any functionality if the user licenses are exceeded. Please contact  your K2 Regional Account Manager for additional information on this, this will ensure that whatever licenses are being used can be correctly identified as internal and external users, and thus acquire additional licensing if required.

Resolution
