My company merged with another company. 

We need to add people from the other company into the destination queues of our K2 workflows. 

The current AD solution is to  link two ADs together before the two ADs (my company's and the other company's) finally merges into one AD.

The server team can see and add the people from the other company into our AD group. But the problem is: when I try to add the AD group into the K2 destination queue in K2 studio, the group only contains people from our company but doesn't show those people from the other company. 

Can someone provide a clue why the people don't show up in the AD group in K2 studio?
