Symptoms
The client could not access anything having to do with Appit.
Diagnoses
After a call and some investigation it was discovered that all of the issues the client was experiencing were localized to their computer and specifically their internet explorer browser. All other users of the client's Appit instance were operating fine.
Resolution
It was discovered that the Internet Options for that browser had been changed from their default settings. While the specific change that caused the issues is unknown, resetting the options to their default settings resolved the client's issues.
