Symptoms

When a user actions a task, the process does not move forward.  Also, this item cannot be Release, Redirect, or Delegate from the Management Worklist in K2 Workspace.
 

Diagnoses

The destination rule for this client event is configured to use a Smartobject reference to a Sharepoint list with a Person or Group column. We determined that the tServer].rActioner] table entry for this user had a trailing space.
 

Resolution

Updating this entry to not contain a trailing space resolved the issue. The uFunction Browser > Text > Trim] function can also be implemented in the process design to remove any possible trailing spaces when assigning destination.
