I also advised the client to take one of their most complex forms or processes and run tests on the form of for instance and to see if all the fields validations are still configured the same as their previous version, if rules are still functioning as expected.

This would help rule out a few issues they might run into and if they run into issue also asked the client that they can proceed to log a new support ticket for the new issue they might run into. The client is happy we send resolution on the ticket
