Symptoms
Via the smartobject service tester when you:
Refresh service type 'Workflow Reporting' then we don't get any errors.
Try to register a new service instance we get the following error:
Sourcecode.smartobjects.service.management
Inner Exception: service interface not implemented

Diagnoses
Via brokermanagement utility, if you:
Try to update the service type 'Workflow Reporting' we get the error:
Could not load file or assembly c:program files (x86)k2 blackpearlservicebrokersourcecode.smartobjects.services.workflowreporting.dll or one of its dependecies. this assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.
Resolution
Recreated the Workflow reporting service type and did a reconfigure on both K2 Servers
