is there any something special that i must prepare for upgrading my K2 Blackpearl?
or it just click next-next for upgrading it to KB 1420 with KB 1420 patch

From where are you upgrading? AFAIK if you are upgrading to 4.5 1420 from any other 4.5 base, it would be as simple as to run the upgrade package click click next. If you are upgrading form 807 versions you will have to download the full 4.5 1420 package not just the upgrade pack. (Blackpearl 4.5 with 1420)
