I am having a small issue on your personal K2 VM, that does not allow you to progress with the K2 update from 4.6.5 to 4.6.11.
It complains about not having the KB980368 windows package against the K2 workspace requirements. However, when running the KB file, it displays 'The update does not apply to your system'.

 

Resolution

Please check to see that you are downloading the correct KB article for your specific version of windows server. It could be the case that you downloading it for the wrong version.
