The Upgrade to 4.6.11 did not complete successfully. Not able to access K2 Designer.

Diagnoses
Reviewing the log files we encountered an error with a package to be deployed to the K2 Server containing the SharePoint Forms. This error usually means that the K2 service account doesn't have Publish right on the SmarObjects and Smartbox.
Resolution
After granting publishing rights to the K2 Service account on SmartObjects and SmartBox security form the Console Management we there were no issues with the upgrade.
