How can I make an upgrade from K2 blackpoint 0902 (4.9040.2.470) to K2 blackpoint 0902 (4.9040.3.470).

You don't need to upgrade they are functionally the same.
It is not possible to upgrade from v2 to v3 at this moment in time. If its the 2008 support you are after I recommend a fresh install. You can view the difference in support between the two installers here: http://help.k2.com/en/blackpointmatrix.aspx You will have to do a fresh install for this.
