We are using K2 BlackPoint(4.9040.1.0) and we want to upgrade to K2 BlackPoint(4.10060.1390.0).
Is there any Cost involved?
Is the upgradation simple? does the upgrade effect any of the active instances?

If you have already purchased K2 and you are able to login to the K2 Customer portal to download KB1390 update, I don’t think there will be costs. You can confirm this by contacting your local K2 sales guys. http://www.k2.com --- Click on the Contact link.
All running instances will remain intact with an upgrade and will continue to work as pre normal and yes the upgrade is simple when applying to an already configured and working environment, remember to use the full installer. I.e. K2Blackpoint 4.5 with KB1390
