I am trying to update a server such that I can have access to http://k2megasrv/K2v3/ExcK2WebService/ExcK2WebService.asmx. When I orginially installed SP2a, I did not select K2.net 2003 Server Exchange Web Service.
When I go to Add/Remove programs >> select change on SP2a >> then select the K2.net 2003 Server Exchange Web Service >> when I click next, it tries to re-install everything. For instance, I get a prompt that the K2 DB is already installed. I do not want to re-install all of the SP2a updates again and possibly mess up the current server. Please advise so that I can get this web service installed properly. I want to start using the exchanges templates.

You are not going to overwrite the K2.net databases when you run the install again. What you are doing in fact is pointing the installer to the location of the K2.net databases. Please always make backups of the K2.net databases before you attempt a re-install.
