Hello. in our wokflows omce users submit a process we modified the task form so users see everything when opening the approval task form. However they do have the option to edit the item before approving it, so if they do edit It when they go to the task form this displays the old content (the one that was in the item upon submission)

Has anyone been tasked to fix this? what is the best way to update the existing task form to display the updated content?
