Unable to use K2 Designer when not in office
 

Diagnoses

When I work from home I VPN into our company's network. All our applications will work normally as long as I'm connected to the network.

I've noticed if I'm working from home the Forms Designer and the Workspace URL does not work when I am VPN'd into the network.

This is the site we use for the forms designer https://forms.denallix.com/Designer/
 

Resolution

1. Are there other web applications such as Sharepoint that will work while VPN'ed from home? Is it also using HTTPS?

2. Are you able to telnet to the URL and associated port while VPN'ed to the network? i.e. "telnet forms.denallix.com 443". Is your SSL binding/cert using default port 443?

It was determined that there was another place in the VPN in which the site had to be authorized.
