i get the following error message when i try to start k2.net service thru mmc.
what could be the problem

I don't see the error message.
When I run into problems starting the K2.net Server through the Service Manager, I usually try running the server from the command line as local administrator. If that works, I check on the permissions for the service account the K2.net Server is set to run as.
