Symptoms


When attempting to search for Users with AAD Label in K2 Workspace, no results are returned.
 

Diagnoses


Going through the K2 Host Server logs when the search took place yielded the following error: "OAuth token requires authorization."

 

Resolution

Re-running the Registration Wizard on the SharePoint Online Site prompted a dialog to allow K2 to access the AAD. After accepting it, we were able to search for users in the AAD.
